- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been banking with PNC Bank since it was RBC Bank, when I opened my account at the Wetumpka branch, all the way back in 2010. I have had accounts with other banks, like BB&T, Max Federal, and others, and none of those employees or managers have ever been as nice, honest, welcoming, and friendly as they are at the Prattville and Wetumpka locations. Not only are they that, but they are so quick to take care of any needs, concerns, or issues you may have, explain their answers clearly and professionally, and really seem to care for their clients. The call center is a different story, about as rude and generic as possible, and BOY do they not want you to speak to a manager lol, but the local bankers are amazing. I have been extremely satisfied with PNC Bank, and don't see myself leaving any time soon. I highly recommend everyone to get an account here.By The Capps, April 25, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!! My husband was totally look over when waiting in line for assistance with his bank card which he had issues with for the third time. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I happened to be in Bham and went to the Birmingham branch but before I went I called twice to double check to make sure I had correct understanding of the process I was about to apply for.I called the second time and was greeted and talked to very very rudely by a branch manager of all people name was Tracy I was declined my application and called about a week later and again was cut short talked to rudely and told,' "I have other customers waiting"so I feel like I am not important enough for an explanation and will take my business elsewhere and also my direct deposit account!!
